L5 10 Aldersgate
JAW Sustainability were appointed to act as the SKA Assessor for the Cat A refurbishment of the 5th floor of 10 Aldersgate Street by Overbury. The project had a 10 week programme and was to be delivered to SKA Silver. Through early engagement with the team and close monitoring of the project, we were able to improve on the requirements and certified the project with a SKA Gold rating.

Level 6 20 Canada Square
JAW Sustainability were appointed by BW to carry out a Post Construction Stage only BREEAM Assessment on the Cat A refurbishment of Level 6 20 Canada Square. The project required a fast turn around and had not previously been assessed at the design stage. We consulted with BW to agree a way forward to meet the BREEAM rating required based on the design and materials used.

Olwen House
The development at Olwen House comprises of the refurbishment of an existing office and warehouse building into storeys of commercial units. JAW were involved in the development since planning, providing the energy and sustainability strategy required to meet the policies of the London Plan and the London Borough of Southwark. Post construction, JAW were appointed by Parkeray to provide the Energy Performance Certificates based on the As-Built drawings of the development.
