L5 10 Aldersgate

JAW Sustainability were appointed to act as the Ska Assessor for the Cat A refurbishment of the 5th floor of 10 Aldersgate Street by Overbury. The project had a 10 week programme and was to be delivered to Ska Silver. Through early engagement with the team and close monitoring of the project, we were able to improve on the requirements and certified the project with a Ska Gold rating.

Level 6 20 Canada Square

JAW Sustainability were appointed by BW to carry out a Post Construction Stage only BREEAM Assessment on the CAT A refurbishment of Level 6 20 Canada Square. The project required a fast turn around and had not previously been assessed at the design stage. We consulted with BW to agree a way forward to meet the BREEAM rating required based on the design and materials used.

Olwen House

The development at Olwen House comprises of the refurbishment of an existing office and warehouse building into storeys of commercial units. JAW were involved in the development since planning, providing the energy and sustainability strategy required to meet the policies of the London Plan and the London Borough of Southwark. Post construction JAW were appointed by Parkeray to provide the Energy Performance Certificates based on the As-Built drawings of the development.

12 Forbury Court, Reading

JAW Sustainability were appointed by Open Contracts to provide BREEAM support and strategic advice to assist them in achieving their BREEAM responsibilities on site including material procurement and monitoring site activities.

One Poultry and Minster Court

The projects comprised the refurbishment and fit out of these large commercial buildings, of which One Poultry is Grade II Listed.
JAW Sustainability
were appointed by Paragon to provide BREEAM support and strategic advice to assist them in achieving their BREEAM responsibilities on site. We provided templates, held workshops with sub-contractors, gathered and assessed information and liaised with the BREEAM Assessors on behalf of Paragon to progress the projects towards certification.

23 Waldegrave Road

The development at 23 Waldegrave Road consists of the conversion and extension of a brick engine shed into eight office units. JAW Sustainability were appointed by Anita Sen Architects to provide an Energy Strategy and a BREEAM Pre-Assessment to meet the sustainability requirements of London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames.

JAW Sustainability have also been appointed as the BREEAM assessor for the Design and Post Construction stages so will continue to work with the design team throughout the completion of the project.
