South Kilburn Medical Centre
JAW Sustainability is undertaking the BREEAM Refurbishment and Fit-Out 2014 (RFO) assessment for a new medical care centre in South Kilburn. The project involves the fit-out of the building’s shell. JAW Sustainability has been engaged since the pre-planning stage to deliver both the Design Stage Review and Post-Construction Assessment, while also acting as the BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP) throughout all RIBA stages. Their role is to ensure the project achieves a BREEAM Excellent rating. JAW has led numerous design team workshops and assessed the compliance of reports and drawings. In addition, JAW delivered supplementary BREEAM services, including a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and an overheating assessment.

Wormley Care Home
JAW Sustainability delivered the BREEAM New Construction assessment for a new-build care home in Wormley, working closely with both the design team and contractor to secure a BREEAM Excellent rating. The project was particularly complex due to the involvement of multiple contractors at different stages, which required JAW to demonstrate exceptional project management skills. Through consistent, structured communication and a highly organised approach, JAW successfully coordinated across all parties to maintain compliance and ensure the project met its sustainability objectives.

Lingfield Lodge
Lingfield Lodge, London Road, East Grinstead
The proposed development at Lingfield Lodge comprises a 50-unit Extra Care Sheltered Scheme for older people with associated communal facilities. The development is also to provide community services in partnership with local charitable providers. We were appointed by MDR Associates to provide BREEAM consultancy and energy reporting for the development. We worked with the design team to review the BREEAM framework and agree on the most appropriate strategy for the building to meet its targets.
