Undertaking and achieving a SKA rating allows you to plan, monitor and report on the sustainability achievements of your fit-out project. As a voluntary scheme, demonstrating that your fit-out has been carried out to SKA standards is testament to your organisation’s commitment to environmental performance.  

 

As RICS-Accredited SKA Assessors, JAW Sustainability can carry out a full SKA Rating assessment and certification, providing you with formal validation of the sustainability aspects of the fit-out.

We can also work with you to provide a more holistic approach based on the SKA standard if an informal process is preferred. This would allow you the flexibility of using the sustainable design tool to inform your project and ensure that the utmost positive impact is made, whilst not undergoing formal certification.
