Sustainability Statements

Depending on where you are submitting your planning application, it is likely you will need to include a Sustainability Statement as part of your submission.

JAW Sustainability can provide you with this, written to include the appropriate level of detail based on the type and size of the project and in line with the relevant planning policies of the Local Planning Authority.

If the project is non-residential this can be written to include a BREEAM Pre-assessment report. Unless a separate Energy Strategy Report is required, will include an energy appraisal of the project using SAP calculations for residential schemes and/or thermal modelling for non-residential.
