Mayday Road
JAW were appointed by Aitch Group to provide sustainability reports to meet the planning requirements of the local council and the London Plan. This proposed development comprises 57 residential units spread across 3 blocks ranging from one to five storeys in height. Our consultants completed an Overheating Assessment, along with Life Cycle Assessment and Circular Economy Strategy, allowing us to identify an overall strategic approach for the existing buildings on site and the proposed new development.

Treville Street
JAW were appointed by ROK Planning to undertake an Energy and Sustainability Statement for the demolition and erection of a 2 bed residential dwelling in Roehampton. JAW worked closely with the design team to develop a design that is inherently sustainable, incorporating ASHPs, PVs and carefully designed thermal envelope. The project was demonstrated to be capable of achieving a 67% carbon saving over the building regulation baseline.

Marshall Place
The residential development at Marshall Place consists of the construction of 10 new houses. JAW were appointed by Wilson & Partners to provide an Energy Strategy report to accompany the planning application. We worked closely with the design team to produce an energy strategy to meet the regulations of Runnymede Borough Council.

All Saint’s Place, Leicester
The proposed development at All Saint’s Place is a new build residential scheme of 73 units. JAW Sustainability were appointed by Wilson & Partners to analyse the impact of a number of options for the delivery of energy to the units, and to advise on the most feasible and cost-effective approach for the development. We carried out several assessments to inform the strategy and provided the energy strategy report to support the planning application.

Morland Mews
The development consists of the conversion of existing garages into 11 flats. JAW Sustainability were appointed by The Barnsbury Housing Association to provide a BREEAM Pre-Assessment, an Energy Strategy and Sustainability Statement. JAW completed SAP energy modelling and a Daylight Assessment to meet the planning requirements of the London Borough of Islington.

The development at Devonshire Place consists of 102 new residential units, including a mix of houses and apartments. JAW were appointed by Bellway to provide an Energy Strategy. JAW completed SAP energy modelling to generate a strategy which will comply with Thurrock’s local policy.
