JAW is a dynamic sustainability consultancy, situated in the heart of Tech City, London. The company was founded 6 years ago and has been going from strength to strength. We have been growing rapidly over the last year and are currently a team of twelve, which we expect to continue to expand over the coming year and beyond.
The Role - Who our Admin Assistant will be:
We are looking for a dynamic individual who has skills and experience to work in an ever-changing environment, supporting the Office Manager and our ever-growing team. The ideal candidate will be communicative and organised individual who can adapt themselves to changing scenarios and functions within the business.

This is a full-time office-based position, which will include the following key duties:
Taking calls and messages from our clients maintaining a confident and polite telephone manner; acting as gatekeeper for the team to ensure the relevant calls are passed on and correct messages taken.
Ensuring meeting rooms and office spaces are always kept tidy and presentable.
Liaising with the building’s facilities management; to organise and notify the team of any maintenance being carried out within the building.
Helping Office Manager send out invites to company events and collation guestlists for events.
Scanning, photocopying, filing documents.
Creating, editing and updating spreadsheets, note-taking and meeting minutes.
Helping to arrange catering and refreshments for in-house meetings, events and parties/ networking events.
Conducting research and collating information and helping the Office Manager present for various meetings and events.
Managing procurement of all office supplies and weekly sundries
Support with fee and tender document preparation
Undertaking other ad-hoc tasks as requested.
