Alice Frais

Alice joined JAW in February 2026 after completing an integrated Master's degree in Natural Sciences at the University of Leeds, specialising in Biology with Environmental Sciences. Prior to joining JAW, Alice volunteered with an environmental education charity, delivering sustainability engagement programmes and promoting green careers. She is passionate about supporting the built environment through evidence-based sustainability advice, helping clients make informed decisions that improve environmental performance and resilience.

During her time at JAW, she has successfully managed the BREEAM certification process for a diverse portfolio of developments, including new-build schemes and refurbishment fit-outs. Working alongside clients, consultants, and contractors, she provides practical sustainability advice throughout each project stage. This has helped projects meet BREEAM requirements from initial design through construction and final certification, currently working on multiple projects that are targeting outstanding ratings. In addition to BREEAM, Alice supports the delivery of WELL certification across a range of projects, helping clients integrate health and wellbeing principles into the built environment, coordinating evidence submissions and advising on practical strategies to help achieve WELL.
