Beth Adams
Graduate Sustainability Consultant
Beth joined JAW Sustainability in January 2024 after working at the UK Green Building Council and having graduated from the University of Sussex with an International Development BA.
Beth has always had an affinity with the natural world which led her to study International Development at university with a focus on sustainability and social issues. While studying abroad in Sweden, Beth started a campaign to provide access to residential rooftop space which resulted in setting up a vegetable garden and community space. This catalysed her interest in the built environment and its potential for addressing social and environmental issues.
Following this, Beth gained experience at UK Green Building Council where she worked on a circular economy project and sustainability leadership programmes. Keen to help the built environment transition to a more sustainable and circular model, Beth decided to pursue a career in sustainability consultancy.
