Beth Adams

Beth specialises in BREEAM certification and residential energy modelling, delivering sustainability and compliance services across a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from individual residential schemes to large-scale commercial developments. Beth has an International Development BA and previously worked for the UK Green Building Council where she coordinated delivery of circular economy training for city councils. During her time at JAW, she has successfully managed the BREEAM certification of numerous projects with varying sustainability ambitions and technical requirements, including both new-build and fit-out developments. Beth works collaboratively with design teams, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing technical guidance during the design, construction, and post-construction stages to facilitate the successful delivery of BREEAM certification.

Beth is also an accredited On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA), undertaking residential energy assessments to support Part L compliance, GLA energy reporting, and the production of post-construction Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs). She provides energy modelling and compliance advice from the early design stages through to project completion, supporting informed design decisions and regulatory compliance. Her experience encompasses single dwellings, large-scale residential developments of more than 500 units, listed buildings, change-of-use schemes, refurbishments, extensions, and new-build projects.
