Nathaniel Lindsay

Nathaniel graduated in 2022 with a First-Class Bachelor's degree in Politics from Goldsmiths, University of London. Throughout his studies, he developed a strong interest in environmental policy and sustainability, recognising the significant role that organisations and the built environment play in addressing the climate crisis. He is passionate about supporting businesses to embed sustainable practices and drive meaningful environmental change.

As Operations Supervisor, Nate oversees the day-to-day running of the business. His responsibilities include fee proposal production, project and personnel onboarding, operational processes, and supporting the company's HR and health and safety functions. He works closely with the wider team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and that internal systems continue to support the company's growth.

Nate also supports JAW's business development and industry engagement activities, helping to coordinate the company's involvement with external initiatives and professional networks, including its partnership with Cannes Cannes Express. Through these relationships, he helps strengthen JAW's presence within the property and construction industry while fostering new opportunities for collaboration and growth.
