Rishabh Patel

Rishabh holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Management for Business from Cranfield University (2022), where he developed a strong foundation in environmental impact assessment, circular economy principles, and life cycle assessment. His academic work focused on material-level Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs), evaluating the environmental impacts of construction materials and systems across their full life cycle. 

Before his master’s studies, Rishabh completed a diploma and bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He worked for several years in the construction sector, where he gained practical experience in construction practices, structural design, and material science knowledge that now informs his work on carbon modelling and resource optimisation. 

At JAW, Rishabh delivers Whole Life Cycle Assessments (WLCAs) and conducts pre-demolition and pre-refurbishment audits, supporting material reuse and circular economy integration. He has completed certified Psi value competency training and specialises in 2D and 3D thermal bridging analysis, surface and interstitial condensation using TRISCO 3D, providing accurate, regulation-compliant modelling to inform design and energy performance.
