Part L (Domestic & Non-Domestic)

We are qualified energy assessors and can undertake the necessary calculations to confirm Part L compliance for new build and refurbished, domestic and non-domestic buildings.  We use Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) assessments for new dwellings and IES thermal dynamic modelling for non-domestic projects. 

 

We can provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) on completion for all building types.
